Classic hotel in the center of town. Well located to visit the rest of MV. It may be an older building, but it has clearly been updated regularly. It is attached to a very nice restaurant, and has the best gym in the area, heavily used by locals.
I am so in love with this place. This was a much needed vacation for myself and my two daughters. We found peace and joy and beauty all around this place and the team there is top-notch. They truly want their guests to have a wonderful experience, inviting them into their establishment. I cannot wait to go back. The top deck is huge and so serene overlooking the harbor and the little private porch outside the room is nostalgic- it is a part of me now! I’ll be back soon! THANK YOU
We used to stay at local b&bs but this was less expensive & one of the best places we have *ever* stayed! The room was simply lovely and so very comfortable. The staff was so friendly & helpful, especially Michelle. It's located right in the heart of Vineyard Haven and the town is easily walkable. Lots of great shops & restaurants and we enjoyed the fact that the summer crowds were done.
We had a wonderful stay in early July. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and our room was perfect for our family. The location couldn’t have been better—ideal for all the activities we had planned. The only downside was being woken up both mornings at 5 a.m. by an unattended alarm clock in the room next door. Our room was on the first floor, facing Beech Street. While convenient, the road noise was a bit loud for us, so I’d recommend requesting a higher floor or a room on the Main Street side for a quieter experience.
Our family has stayed here multiple times. The hotel has a great location with parking behind the building for guests. We are a family of 6 and their family suite suits us perfectly. We have a great time visiting the island and we will certainly be back. The large heated lap pool, fitness center, and observation deck are also a big hit!
Always a great stay! Great location. Parking included. Walking distance to ferry, restaurants and shops. Short drive to OB. Easy drive to Menemsha! Great gym, pool and steam room. Roof top yoga for the win!
A great experience for sure. Stayed on the fourth floor and had wonderful harbour views. Rooms were nicely sized and super clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are courteous and professional, and very willing to help. Breakfast in the lounge was a very appealing continental with fresh coffee or tea, pastries and hot and cold cereal options, as well as Greek yogurt and fruit juices. The cupola deck was an added bonus with exquisite views. Didn't have time for the pool, spa or fitness centre, but all looked very welcoming and very busy. Overall, I would stay again in a heartbeat.
